Technicians who will attend this training already have extensive experience in the construction industry as either a plumbing fitter or moisture technician. On this training, the participant learns to carry out water damage inspections according to the expectations of insurance companies and real estate companies.

The purpose and goal of the training is for the participant to:

• Gain knowledge of current industry regulations.
• Gain knowledge regarding the expectations of insurance companies and real estate companies.
• Always point to the correct cause of damage.
• Find and stop ongoing leakage if possible, to minimize the extent of damage and to avoid unnecessary tearing.
• Obtain basic knowledge to be able to carry out drying in different constructions.
• Obtain knowledge of all possibilities for alternative and more environmentally friendly action proposals through partial repairs.

After approved training, the participant has the opportunity to carry out inspections according to the higher requirements set by the insurance companies and the construction industry in order to be able to carry out partial repairs.

The participant may perform a theoretical and a practical test in order to be issued a personal certificate and a course certificate.
